Welcome to SMURMELHOMES in the beautiful apartment 'green oasis' in Passau that offers you for a relaxing stay: → solid wood beds → Infrared sauna (Coming Soon!) → terrace → Smart TV → NESPRESSO coffee → Private parking and enough parking spaces in front of the door. → Workplace → All-round facilities for a relaxed stay with children. → Large entrances, which are free of barriers → Ideal public transport connection ☆"Everything went smoothly and nothing was missing!" The apartment was recently rebuilt and awaits you with a natural design. The location is directly on the Danube bike path and the nearest public transport connection is 50 meters from the door. Sufficient free parking spaces are available. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee of the terrace and enjoy the sun rays on your skin all the nice amenities of this apartment. In the evening you can end your day with a good wine in the bathtub. The apartment has everything you need and is newly built. You can expect comfortable beds, a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you need.
We are a family from Chiemgau. I, Jennifer, am also a psychologist and author. I love touching people's hearts and helping them find peace and a sense of belonging. Feeling at home, even when traveling, is particularly important to me. It is precisely this feeling of inspiration, belonging, and well-being that we have created with our SMURMELHOMES apartments.
The apartment is beautifully located and you can enjoy absolute peace and relaxation in the neighborhood. If you are traveling with children, there is a playground 100 meters away where your children can let off steam. Everything is very new and high quality design and embedded directly next to nature. You are in 5 minutes by bike in the city and can ride directly on the bike path along the Danube. Your private parking space is waiting for you right in front of the door and you can easily take the elevator to your apartment on the second floor. There are plenty of other parking spaces available. If you are traveling by bus, you can reach the next bus stop in 100 meters distance directly in front of the door with continuous connection.
