The city center, with its historic buildings and wide range of culture and art, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The transport connections are excellent. grocery store, park, Dresden University, HTW University, and hospital are around the corner. One can save a lot of public transportation fare as everything is easily accessible via a walk.

The proximity to the Elbe, city center and the opportunities it offers for recreation and sporting activities make the location so interesting. One can reach the flat from Dresden central station by 5 min of walking and for car parking, there are a lot of free parking spots around the corners.
