The guest room is located in a residential complex that is characterized by a very unusual architectural style. The apartment has a total living space of approx. 136 square meters and 41/2 rooms. The apartment has 2 balconies, one with a view of the city forest and one with a view of the skyscrapers of Frankfurt. Balcony furniture invites you to linger.
The guest room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. The bed measures 1.40m x 2.00m. If necessary, a comfortable air bed is available for an additional charge per night. A swimming cap may be required to use the swimming pool (hair length).
An underground parking space and bicycles can be rented separately.
This is a non-smoking apartment, i.e., smoking is prohibited in all rooms and on the balconies. In case of violation, I will charge a special cleaning fee based on the amount of work required.
The location has very good local transport connections. For example, Frankfurt Rhein-Main Airport can be reached by public transportation in about 40 minutes, the exhibition grounds in about 25 minutes, and the city center (Zeil) in 15 minutes. There is a bus stop in front of the residential complex. Buses run every 5 minutes during the week.

There are no financial transactions between the guest and me as the landlord. Therefore, with a few
exceptions (e.g., parking space rental, bicycle rental), invoicing is not possible.
Contrary to the information provided by Booking-com, there is no invoice.
However, the Booking-com statement lists your payments in detail.
In August 2025, the renovation of large parts of the apartment was completed. This includes the living room, the hallway in the entrance, and the hallway leading to the kitchen.
I have been living and working at Frankfurt Airport as an "exile Hamburger" since 2001. I like the international flair of Frankfurt and living on the outskirts of the city at the same time.
Frankfurt and the Museumsufer are well worth a visit, as are the Senkenberg Museum and the Schirn.
Numerous restaurants in the trendy district of Sachsenhausen are within walking distance or can be reached by bus.
My tip is the Saalburg castle near Hanau. This is an old Roman fort.
