The holiday apartment was extensively modernised and partially refurnished in 2022 and is approx. 5 km from the spa town of Waren. It has a separate entrance and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, hi-fi system, tiled stove), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), 3 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds, 1 x 1 single bed) and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Heating is provided by central heating and the tiled stove in the living room (firewood available). Outside there is a covered outdoor seating area with garden furniture, barbecue, secure storage for bicycles, a small pool and 2 parking spaces. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and is payable locally: Tourist tax.
