Welcome to the BohèmeNest Terminal Apartment! :-)Whether you're here for a quick pit stop before your flight, traveling on business, planning a family vacation, or coming for any other reason - "feeling at home" is not just a saying, for us it means the world.. With a lot of love, dedication and care, we have brought a bit of boho feeling, freedom and lightness into our apartment for you. In our apartment, a cozy bedroom with a generous 1.80 m bed awaits you for restful slumber dreams on the super-comfortable EMMA mattress. And if you have company, the super-comfortable sofa bed is ready for you as it is equipped with high-quality mattresses. The apartment is designed for 4 adults. For relaxing evenings, we have installed a 55-inch Smart TV on which you can let off steam in waipuTV and watch all your favorite PayTV channels and numerous movies and series. Of course, you can also log in to Netflix or other apps. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need - Starting with a Nespresso machine with free capsules to a dishwasher for extra convenience and an oven for a quick pizza for busy people. The jewel of the apartment is our cozy sunny-side-of-life terrace. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea on a warm summer evening or snowy winter days and relax. You can park directly in front of the house, a parking space is reserved for you - for FREE! Please make sure that you park in the correct parking lot (marked with a "Terminal Apartments" sign), as the parking spaces are assigned to the apartments :-) Access is keyless. PLEASE NOTE THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVE IN ADVANCE, otherwise you will not have access to the apartment.

Here are a few distances to important places: Stuttgart Airport: by car: approx. 15 minutes, by public transport: approx. 30 minutes. Stuttgart Trade Fair Center: by car: approx. 15 minutes, by public transport: approx. 30 minutes. Stuttgart center: by car: approx. 30 minutes, by public transport to the main station: approx. 1 hour Böblingen main station: by car: approx. 20 minutes by public transport: approx. 35 m Otherwise you will find the magical Schönbuch (forest) right on our doorstep. Here you can spend hours walking and relaxing in nature. There is a beautiful reservoir not far away in Steinenbronn. If you park your car in the parking lot of the Sandäckerhalle, you can walk around the reservoir in about an hour. We are also in the middle part of the Siebenmühlental, where you can enjoy hiking and cycling on the well-developed federal hiking trail. Along the way, you can always stop off at mills such as the Eselsmühle or the Burkardsmühle (only 3 minutes by car). And last but not least, RITTER SPORT with its factory outlet and museum is of course just a stone's throw from the apartment.
