Just a few steps from the main train station, the apartments offer the perfect starting point to explore the documenta city. The beautiful apartments have everything you need - queen size beds, top equipped kitchens and modern bathrooms. We offer a total of 7 apartments for 4-5 people each, so we can accommodate a total of 32 people. The apartments are located on the second and fifth floor of the building and are accessible by elevator. So you don't have to carry your luggage around! Thanks to the comfortable box-spring beds and blackout curtains, nothing stands in the way of a restful night's sleep. The couch in the living area can be converted into another sleeping place for additional guests and is also equipped with hotel quality bed linen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, and the spacious shower bathroom has eco-friendly care products and a hairdryer. For a comfortable and relaxing time, we provide you with fresh and soft towels, high-speed WiFi and a large HD TV with Netflix and Disney+.

In the neighborhood of the apartments are cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques. You are also only a few minutes away from Kassel's city center, where you can find everything you need - from cafes to supermarkets to clothing stores. From there, it's not far to Friedrichsplatz, the State Theater, and the Karlsaue Staatspark, where you can take a walk and experience a piece of Kassel's grandeur. The Bergpark (World Heritage Site) is also easily accessible from your location, both by streetcar line 1 and by car. The apartments are located in a central and direct vicinity of Kassel's main train station. In the surrounding area you will find several parking lots, which you can use for a fee. At the bakery in the same building you can stock up with fresh rolls for your breakfast in the morning. Several grocery stores, such as an Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and Tegut can be found within walking distance in the city center.
