In the spacious 75sqm attic, you will find a tastefully decorated living-dining area, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. A highlight is the south-facing balcony, which, with views of the mountains, invites you to sunny breakfasts. The bedroom with a comfortable double bed allows for both stargazing and complete darkness for a restful sleep. The apartment is consistently fitted with solid wood floors, except for the bathroom, and offers blackout options as well as allergy-friendly bedding. The apartment is located in Feldwies, close to the spa town of Übersee, combining a quiet location with good access to infrastructure. A stone's throw away from the natural bathing beach, high ropes course, and opportunities for water sports.
