Welcome to a charming, over 100-year-old house that combines history and cosiness. All important destinations can be reached easily - the subway to Stuttgart is only a few minutes' walk away. Hidden behind a historic archway, a lovingly furnished apartment with nostalgic flair and a very special atmosphere awaits the guest. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where the living and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet are located. Another staircase - without railings - leads to the attic. There you will find the bedroom with a small workplace and the bathroom. The cozy sloping roof gives this area a particularly homely and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail and great passion. The nostalgic charm of the historic building gives the stay a special atmosphere - almost like a little time travel. Please note that the proximity to the hospital and the thoroughfare causes some noise.

I have been a host in Rhineland-Palatinate since 2019 and since 2024 also in Ruit - a small town right outside the gates of Stuttgart. I was allowed to gain many positive experiences which moved me to open a second accommodation for guests. I put all my heart into the care, maintenance and furnishing. Outside of these duties, I work in the public service, have two children and a young dog, all of which take up a lot of time.

The immediate vicinity consists of a hotel with restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional German cuisine. Not far away there are other restaurants with international specialties. From here it is easy to take the subway to the state capital to Stuttgart or by bus to Esslingen. But why wander into the distance: also in Ostfildern there are cultural events such as "Flaming Stars" or the "Theater an der Halle" in the neighboring town. Of course, the pulse of life is palpable in Ruit's heart, but at night it becomes quiet here too. Directly in front of the house is a private parking space marked, please only park here, the remaining parking spaces belong to the hotel.
