The apartment covers 103 m² and offers three separate bedrooms, each with single beds with high-quality mattresses, wardrobes, and dressers – perfect for retreating and getting a good night's sleep. You will also have a smart TV in each bedroom. The open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. Here you will find a large dining table where you can eat, work, or play together, as well as a cozy living area with a smart TV for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove are all available so you can cater for yourself. To make it even better for large groups, there are two refrigerators available. The modern bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub – depending on whether you want to start your day quickly or end it in a relaxed manner. There is also a separate guest toilet. A washing machine and laundry rack in the bathroom make even longer stays uncomplicated. The Dahme lake district or the many forests and lakes in the surrounding area are ideal for excursions – perfect for cycling, walking, or simply relaxing in nature. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach the metropolis of Berlin if you feel like experiencing big-city flair.
