High-quality furnished vacation home in a quiet residential area near the Fort Asterstein landscape park. The city center and old town are within walking distance. The modern vacation home (85 m²) is located in the Asterstein district of Koblenz, has 3 bedrooms, living/dining room with dining area for 5 people, separate U-shaped kitchen (including appliances from Miele and Liebherr) with integrated dining area for 3 people, shower room with humidity-controlled ceiling fan/WC, guest WC, balcony, terrace with electric awning and garden furniture. The rooms are spread over three levels. The interior was extensively renovated at the end of 2020 and the exterior was redesigned at the same time: - Renovation and widening of the terrace from 2.80m to 3.20m - Creation of a storage area for bicycles (not covered) - Facade painting in spring 2021 City maps, travel guides, cycling and hiking maps as well as extensive information material about Koblenz, the Middle Rhine Valley and the surrounding area are available in the vacation home.
