«Es war soweit alles in Ordnung. In der Wohnung war es ohne Heizung kühl. Aber Frau Wagner hat auf Anfrage die Heizung angeschaltet und auch noch Kaminholz gebracht. Sehr nett. Der Weg zum Ort ist sehr kurz.»

High-quality holiday apartment 65sqm, 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom in a listed Art Nouveau villa on a hillside above Neustadt an der Weinstrasse. The apartment was converted in 2020 in the ground-floor basement of the villa on a hillside and is comfortably furnished with high-quality oak parquet flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, a usable fireplace (wood included) and a box spring bed. Cozy bedroom with a large box spring bed, shower room with towels, living room with dining area, usable fireplace (wood included) and designer sofa, terrace with a view over the city, high-quality fully equipped kitchen. Also ideal for arriving by train.
I enjoy having guests and look forward to helping you have a wonderful holiday in the Palatinate.
From here, everything is possible on foot. Travel by train to Neustadt train station, which is a 5-minute walk away. The pedestrian zone with bakeries, shops and restaurants starts just a few steps from the front door. You can see the historic steam train departing from the terrace on weekends and also use it for a hiking trip in the Palatinate Forest. Hiking and biking tours start right outside the front door, for example to Hambach Castle or the Kalmit. Heidelberg, Speyer, Bad Dürkheim and Landau can be easily reached by train. Neustadt Wstr. train station is only 5 minutes away. You can start hikes in the Palatinate Forest directly from us. At Wogende, the Kuckucksbähnel, a historic steam train, travels in front of the house to the Palatinate Forest and returns in the evening.
