Our apartment "Meerforelle 207" is decorated in a maritime style and offers our guests an exceptionally beautiful sea view over the Prorer Wiek, stretching all the way to the seaside resort of Binz, the Granitz hills, and the seaside resorts of Sellin, Baabe, and Göhren.
On clear days, you can even see the small island of Greifswalder Oie with its lighthouse.
The apartment is 60 square meters in size and features a beautiful large glazed veranda that fills the living area with daylight.
Our open-plan kitchen is extensively equipped and leaves little to be desired.
In a separate, quietly located bedroom, you can relax and recover from the day's activities.
If the weather turns chilly, a warming cabin for two people is available in the apartment.
The bathroom has a shower and a small washing machine.
A garage is available for both cars and bicycles.

The villa lies directly on the beach promenade of the beautiful old town of Sassnitz.
The town is the main tourist gateway to Jasmund National Park. With a height of 118 meters, the 'Königsstuhl' is the highest chalk cliff in the park.
The famous cliff-top hiking trail leads directly from the old town to the Königsstuhl, passing the Wissower Klinken, Kolickerort with its beacon, and the Victoria Viewpoint.
The national park offers numerous hiking and cycling trails.
Sassnitz is nestled between the towering chalk cliffs and the Baltic Sea — which explains its narrow width but several kilometers in length.
A stroll through the historic old town reveals another highlight: the beautifully preserved villas in classic spa architecture style.
Today, many visitors head straight to the town harbor, home to Europe’s longest outer breakwater, stretching over 1.2 kilometers.
While watching the last remaining fishermen at work, you can enjoy a hearty fish meal at one of the nearby restaurants.
