ATTENTION: WATER DAMAGE, APARTMENT SUITABLE FOR TRADESMEN!
Due to a water pipe leak, water residue is visible on the bathroom ceiling and partially on the kitchen ceiling. The water has caused cracks on the walls.
The bathroom and kitchen are fully functional, however.
A specialist company has been hired to repair the damage. However, the building insurance company must approve this. This could take 2 to 6 months.
We will contact you again as soon as the damage has been repaired.
We ask that you please pass this information on to our guests. Due to the construction site, our guests receive a special discount.
Please inform our guests of the damage before booking. This way, they will not be able to cancel their booking due to the visible damage.
The apartment is more suitable for TRADESMEN.
