Company information

I am 53 years old and currently live in Berlin with my family - which consists of my dog "Ben" in the week only. Therefore I have decided to work with booking together now. Since I am very communicative, I am so happy to meet new people. My hobbies are badminton, tennis and boating. In about 200 meters away from the house there is a tennis court, which can also be used sometimes. Boat trips are also on the agenda. It is located south of Berlin near Klein Köris.

Property information

My - integrated in our house - basement apartment ( 57 m²) in the green heart of Berlin is located almost on the subway (900 meters away) and offers a terrace in the lovingly designed garden and free high-speed Wi-Fi and television (smart home; 48 Zoll). The spacious accommodation is equipped with everything your heart desires. A special highlight of the apartment is the infrarot sauna, the piano and the garden, of which an exclusive part is only available for booking guests (see picture).

Neighbourhood information

Due to the convenient location of the apartment near the underground station "Alt-Mariendorf" you will find restaurants or shopping facilities here. At the same time, the apartment is also beautifully surrounded by greenery and very quiet - perfect for taking advantage of Berlin's offers and relaxing at the same time. Our surroundings are diverse - among others with the Britzer Garden, which is about 350 meters away. This is where walks are offered in all seasons. If you don't want to get out, the apartment offers "everything your heart desires": a piano, a sauna or an outdoor a garden part exclusiv for booking guests.
