This modern and newly renovated apartment is very spacious, perfect for 4 people, but also 6 guests can accommodate thanks to the comfortable sofa bed. Parking is possible directly on the property and free of charge. You can expect 2 bedrooms with king-size box spring beds. Open wardrobes are provided for your clothes. The large living room invites you to relax with a cozy couch, which can be opened to another bed if necessary. In this apartment is also a unique jungle corner for beautiful pictures on your social media platforms. Of course, you can expect high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV and Netflix. The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, stove and oven. Of course, there are also enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. In addition, the kitchen has a coffee station with a modern Nespresso machine, the finest Starbucks coffee and various types of tea. The dining table can accommodate 6 people. The bathroom has a rain shower, an illuminated mirror and a washer-dryer. Here, too, everything you want at home is available: Hair dryer, towels and free hand soap, shampoo and conditioner and much more. The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached via a staircase without a lift.

The "Kurpark" borders directly on the garden and can be easily reached via the private path or the public walkway. In the spa park there are various gardens with medicinal herbs, fragrant and aromatic plants, rose and much more. There are different paths for recovery and regeneration. Ice cream parlours, tennis corts and many other hidden leisure activities are waiting for you. By car, it takes approx. 4 minutes, on foot this route is only approx. 10 minutes away. The apartment also includes a free parking space on the premises and the A96 motorway can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes.
