I am a student and live in my condominium. Since I don't need that much space, I rent out my guest room most of the time. On vacation, I may also rent out my own room. So your roommates can be me or other guests. I am always happy to meet different people. I am always open for a short or, if there is time, a longer conversation. If my room door is ajar, you are very welcome to drop by. If the door is closed, please do not disturb me.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and bedding are provided. UHD Smart TV in the small room without subscriptions (Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video). You can wash and dry in the washer-dryer. - Room in a condominium in a former hotel - Spacious entrance area and corridors - Apartment is particularly quiet in the basement - small room: sofa bed 120cm (folded out), for 2 children, 1 child and 1 adult or for short stays and low requirements also for 2 adults, recommended for short stays with 3-4 people, recommended for short and long stays with 1-2 people - large room: 1-2 people (can only be booked separately when I am on vacation) - Shared kitchen - shared bathroom
