A charming 30ha horse farm with lake, forest in middle of Frederikshavn & Skagen. Few minutes to Aalbaek, beach & Napsjært trainstop. Large garden with playground. Big parking space and beautiful outdoor dining area with lake view. Total 7 bedrooms with standard for 16 adults sleeping. 4 rooms on ground floor and 3 rooms on 1st floor. Each floor has bathroom and toilet. Can set up with extra mattress for more than 20 people. After 10 people, extra charge is 100kr/person/night); each floor has bathroom and toilet. there is a hut 10m2 in the garden. Big living, dining room. Kitchen & floor renovated July 2018 Great place for family, big group Play ground for kids. Free parking Nice garden furnitures, gas grill
