This is a newly built modern house in Lund, the fastest growing town in Denmark. The house is built 650m from the nearest shop in a quiet, safe place, 3km from the 56a highway, 8km from the center of Horsens, about 10km from the Horsens fjord. 29km to Vejle, 39km to Silkeborg, 47km to Aarhus, 55km to Billand Airport , 57km to Legoland and 90km to Aarhus airport. The house has a private garage for two cars, as well as two separate rooms of the same size for rent. There is a modernly equipped separate guest shower and toilet. One room has a bed 140cm x 200cm, the other 180cm x 200cm There is a possibility to use the kitchen, terrace, free internet. A washing machine and dryer can be used for an additional fee.
