This holiday apartment with its own private terrace is located in the popular holiday area of Kegnæs, close to the Danish-German border. Just 200 meters from the water, it offers the ideal base for a relaxing stay by the coast. The apartment is part of a well-maintained property with a large shared outdoor area of 1,700 m², perfect for activities and games. Guests also have access to a communal barbecue area, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals during the summer months. The surroundings are picturesque, with water and sandy beaches nearby. The area is known for its opportunities for fishing, surfing, and other water-based activities, while the nearby bathing beach is particularly attractive for swimming and family fun. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the scenic landscape, with plenty of chances for long walks, cycling, and observing the coastal environment. Inside, the apartment is cozy and functional, designed to make your stay comfortable. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
