It is furnished with three good bedrooms and a cozy living room. The large plot is enclosed, you can stay on it undisturbed. The house is heated with pellets, a cheap alternative. The pellets can be bought cheaply in the house. The house is also a good base for excursions, because many things to see are nearby. Hejlsminde on the Little Belt is surrounded by beautiful nature. In the village is a nice marina. In the surrounding area there are good cycling and hiking trails that lead through a beautiful nature. Not far from Hejlsminde are Skamlingsbanken and Christiansfeld (honey cake, tiled stoves and salami). Kolding also offers many experiences for children's families and art enthusiasts.
