Beach guest house located 25 meters from beach area. The house was renovated and refurbished in 2020. The outside area was renovated in 2024. Great location at the end of a private blinded and graveled road and right next to the beach area that is only 25 meters from the house. Kitchen has refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooking plate, exhaust hood and basic essentials. Note, there is no oven or washing machine. There is one queen size beds on first floor. Note, roof height on first floor is app 188 cm. The guest house is placed on a shared land with an other house in which the host lives with his wife and three smaller children. Still, the guest house is fully separated and has its own entrance. Guest parking right on front of the guest house. There is an outside patio with table and chairs designated for guests and a small garden with natural fence. The house is located in the second row from the beach area. Rent includes bed lining, towels and final cleaning.

The location is great for exploring Copenhagen and at the same time enjoy the calmness and nature outside the city. Copenhagen can be reached in 25 minutes with the S-train from the local station which is a five minutes drive or a seven minutes bike ride away. Bikes can be used for getting around in the neighborhood and can be taken onboard the S-train to Copenhagen without additional fees. The highway is a seven minutes drive away and Copenhagen can be reached in 25-45 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Rush hour is every weekday 7.00 AM to 9.00 AM and 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM
