In a lovely forested area between Grenaa and Bønnerup, you'll find this older but charming two-story house. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, with access to a large terrace furnished with garden furniture. The kitchen is small but functional, including a microwave. There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds, as well as a nice bathroom with a shower. From the living room, stairs lead to the first floor, where you'll find two more bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. For younger guests, there is a high chair and a crib. The house also has internet. The property sits on a lovely plot with a large lawn, perfect for outdoor play and activities. Selkær Mølle is a peaceful and very family-friendly area, located about 10 km from Bønnerup Beach and 15 km from Grenaa Beach. The area is a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by forests and fields, where you can spot deer, pheasants, and hares passing by. It's also conveniently located near many of Djursland's popular tourist attractions, such as Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and the Kattegat Center in Grenaa, where you can see adorable penguins. The Scandinavian Wildlife Park and Munkholm Zoo are also well worth a visit. If you're into fishing, there are countless opportunities along the coasts of North Djursland.
