We are a Danish and Scottish family. We have traveled a lot and worked as teachers in SE Asia and the Middle East. We aim to provide good family holidays with decent family friendly accommodation and advice on the local neighborhood and attractions. All are properties are central and we can usually be on site to any of them in 15mins. We try and meet all guests on arrival to help them orientate. We leave them alone asside from this but live close by and can sort out any issue they have rapidly

A detached family home with large garden that has been split into two flats of approx 70 square meters. Each flat has its own private garden/terrace area as well as access to a shared child playground and BBQ area. The property is central in Billund Town but set in a peaceful residential area with little traffic, designated part of the forest zone. The apartments are designed and laid out to suit families, games, toys, boardgames, books etc are all present, there is Internet but no TV. 600m to supermarket and summer shuttle bus. You have your own private spacious patio are (part covered) and access to a large garden shared with apartment A. There is plenty of off road parking. We don't allow rental for parties and we do take a copy of the lead guests passport photo page before issuing keys. We do want all guests to have a great time so we make it clear that while the property has been reasonably soundproofed, you share one common wall with the flat next door. When the kids get really excited in one flat, you may hear it in the other. It's a family holiday home not a yoga retreat :-). If you are sleeping in the living room, it does get light in the morning and the room cannot be totally blacked out due to roof windows.

Close to town and shops businessa quiet residential street with little and slow traffic. Set within a forest zone, if you get up early you may see a pheasant in the garden. The property is 800m from Billund centre bus station and 600m from the free summer shuttlebus. You do not need a car to visit most attractions in Billund. The local cycle shop also rents bicycles. Billund is a very safe place and young children travel to the school, shops and play areas alone.
