The summer house is insulated for year-round use with a heat pump and underfloor heating throughout the house, making it suitable for rental all year round. The bright kitchen-living room offers a fantastic view over the water, and you can cozy up in front of the wood stove on a cool evening. On rainy days, you have the opportunity to relax on the sofa in front of the house's Smart TV and with lightning-fast 1000 mb Fiber Internet. We recommend a visit to the harbor town of Juelsminde, which is about a 10-minute drive from the summer house. Juelsminde has a cozy marina with many restaurants, an ice cream kiosk, mini golf, and much more. Throughout the summer, Juelsminde offers many activities and dining options.
