This beautiful holiday home is located in Nr. Lyngvig, right between Hvide Sande and Søndervig. Experience the peace and charm of this cozy holiday home, built of wood in 2004 and renovated in 2021. With 68 m² of living space and room for 6 people, this holiday home is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Ringkøbing Fjord and the small, charming harbor of Lyngvig Havn are just a 5-minute walk away. Please note that pets are not allowed. The house has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed, plus an attic that offers an additional sleeping space. The open-plan living/kitchen area creates a cozy atmosphere – perfect for spending time with family, friends, or just the two of you. Enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove on cool evenings and listen to the crackling of the wood as the flames blaze. The bathroom features a shower, underfloor heating, and a lovely two-person whirlpool tub where you can relax and unwind. From the living room, you have direct access to a 50 m² terrace facing both east and south. You can soak up the sun on the loungers there almost all day long. A large table and a comfortable sofa area are available for evenings spent outdoors with family or friends. Near the house you'll find a large children's playground with swings, a football goal, and a pétanque court. The holiday home is one half of a semi-detached house. The historic Lyngvig lighthouse is also very close by, surrounded by a vast heath that's perfect for a stroll.
