This charming vacation home is just a few minutes? walk from the child-friendly sandy beach and the town of Øster Hurup, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday. The house is spread over two levels, offering plenty of space and comfort for families or small groups. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living room that flows seamlessly into the open kitchen, creating a welcoming space for cooking, dining, and socializing. There is also a bedroom on this level, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a practical utility room for added convenience. From the living area, step out onto the large terrace and continue into the private garden, perfect for outdoor meals, relaxing in the sun, or letting children play safely. Upstairs on the first floor are two additional bedrooms. One features a comfortable double bed, while the other has two single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for family members or friends. An additional bathroom with a toilet and shower is also located on this floor. The home sits on a cozy, well-maintained plot with ample space for games, outdoor activities, or simply enjoying quiet moments in nature. The property is designed with family comfort in mind, combining modern amenities with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is a perfect retreat for those who want to enjoy the beach, explore the local town, or spend quality time together in a peaceful setting. No rentals to youth groups are allowed.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
