This spacious holiday home with a pool, spa, and sauna accommodates up to 12 people, spread across two floors. The ground floor features a pool area with a spa, sauna, bathroom, kitchen, toilet, and a large common room perfect for dining and relaxation, as well as a bedroom. On the first floor, you'll find additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a conservatory. While the house may not be modern and minimalist, it is incredibly cozy, with the large pool at the heart of the home! The sleeping arrangements include 2 bunk beds and 4 double beds, making it ideal for families or larger groups. The property is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed. Be sure to order bedding packages when booking to avoid extra administrative fees. Outside, there is ample parking space for at least 4 cars, a large terrace for plenty of hours of relaxation, and a balcony where you can enjoy the sun. The house is surrounded by an undulating garden that is not enclosed. Within a short drive, you'll find one of Denmark?s most popular beaches, where driving is allowed. You?ll also be close to amusement parks and two of the northwest coast's favorite holiday towns, Løkken and Blokhus, offering a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation for your holiday. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
