With a private swimming pool purified using active oxygen (no chlorine), a large indoor hot tub for 7 people, and a soothing sauna, wellness is at the heart of this home. The open-plan kitchen and living area is bright and inviting, offering garden views and access to a spacious terrace?perfect for summer barbecues and family gatherings. For indoor entertainment, enjoy table tennis and table football in the activity room, or unwind in the lounge with a film on the Blu-ray player. The house features four bedrooms?two with double beds and two with twin beds?comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. There are also two modern bathrooms with floor heating, plus a washer, dryer, and dishwasher for added convenience.
