One kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine. The other kitchen has an oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. In the activity room, you’ll find billiards, table football, air hockey, and darts. One of the bathrooms has a spa bath and a sauna. The house is equipped with satellite TV, 3 televisions located throughout the house, a stereo system with a CD player, and 2 wood-burning stoves. Heating is supplied by district heating, making the house economical to heat. Outside, there's a hot tub on the southwest-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunset. For children, there are swings and a football goal. By the garage, there is a utility room for surf gear, fishing equipment, etc., as well as an extra-large freezer and a fish cleaning area.
