Our modern summerhouse in Roedvig Stevns, Denmark, is designed to accommodate up to 11 people, providing an idyllic retreat for families seeking a seaside getaway. Nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Rodvig Stevns, this charming vacation home is only a 4 minute walk from the beach. With an outdoor shower and garden of 800sqm and with access to a 3500sqm garden, it is perfect for families with children! Surrounded by nature and delicious food places as well. There are three private bedrooms with 2 beds in each. There are also 2 beds in an alcove near the living room which is tucked away next to a window so you still have privacy! The last sleeping area is the loft which is accessed via a ladder and can sleep 2-3 people. It is fun and suitable for kids ! There is also a sofa that is comfortable to sleep in if you intend to have a stay with 11 or 12 people! Staying at this property will also give you access to a 3500sqm garden that is right next door (you can see an aerial picture on the listing) It is attached to a property (Strandstrade 9) where Jimmy and his son Kevin live and they are super friendly so feel free to say hi! It would be perfect for families with children to play football and enjoy the garden. If you would like to use the garden for an event or summer party please let us know in advance :)

There are several restaurants in the neighbourhood with some delicious food ranging from Japanese - Chinese - Sandwiches - Burgers - Pizza - Bakery. The summerhouse is also a great space for dinner parties and there is a grocery store nearby which is walkable to get all the ingredients you need. Swimming in both winter and summer is great by the beach. Water sports are also possible for sports enthusiasts ! Do not forget the UNESCO heritage site of Stevns Klint nearby.
