Stay in historic open-plan flat in traditional 3 level townhouse in city centre close to all famous Copenhagen sights. Your room is at street level. The owners stay in top levels of the house with their 2 CATS and 2 TORTOISES. (NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY) Your all in one room is private with own kitchen, dining area and exit to south-facing small courtyard w. grill and table area. Your bed is a small sofa-bed of 120x190cm. You have a small living room area with piano, chairs and drawers. The puff can become a child bed of 70x200cm. You have access to your own private toilet via hall. It has washer and dryer that the owners use during your stay. Hall is shared with owner as is shower at the top of the first staircase going to the flat above. You have access to shower only in the shared bathroom. Kids between 4-14 are very welcome. The flat is located in the very centre of Copenhagen in the famous, quiet, historic neighborhood ‘Nyboder’ close to all the most famous sights in Copenhagen like: kings garden, the harbour, metro and train, the royal palace, the Marble Church, Kongens Nytorv, The State Museum for Art, The Little Mermaid, the green area ‘Kastellet’, Langelinie, Botanical Gardens and natural history museum, The Walking Street, Tivoli and much more. NOTE: The owner has 2 cats and 2 tortoises that use the garden in spring, summer and fall. The cats are not allowed in your room, and therefore door must be kept closed. The key must be left in key box at all times - both when you are in or out enjoying the city. Checkin is after 17:00 and checkout is before 9 in the morning. At checkout the rooms must be left like at arrival trash taken out to the big bin on the street, all your food thrown out and fridge all empty. All linen must be taken of beds and duvets and left in front of washer in toilet room with all used towels and kitchen towels.

Historic area build by king Christian the fourth for his army. Today the area is quiet but right around the corner is a sizzling city with cafes, shopping and bars and the most beautiful historic castles and museums and theatres and the amusement park Tivoli. Every sight is close including the little mermaid and the harbour and night life. The area is called the village within the city know for its tranquillity and historical beauty.
