Property information

On a magnificent, hilly plot with sea views, you will find this split-level holiday cottage. Everything is made ??of the highest quality. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms and the kitchen and hall. The house is bright and tastefully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped with many auxiliary tools. One room has PlayStation2 and TV. There is a fireplace on the site. There is a bench at the top of the dune, so you can really enjoy the view of the water. Payment for departure cleaning must be left at the house. Free admittance to water park.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
