In the surroundings you can visit the manors of Borreby, Holsteinborg and Espe. It was on Espe that H. C. Andersen stayed. The towns of Korsør, Slagelse and Næstved are about 30 km away. All have old town centers. From Skælskør 7 km away is Stigsnæs with a ferry connection to the islands Agersø and Omø, on these islands you can expect beautiful harbors and lots of nature.
