This spacious one-bedroom apartment (1400sqft) occupies the upper floor of Melrose House, an 18th century stone building in the heart of Dominica's capital.
Located one block from the Bayfront and with a supermarket and vegetable market just minutes' walk away, it couldn't be more convenient for experiencing the city from your own traditional Caribbean home.
There is even "Lacou," Roseau's latest and most fashionable restaurant occupying part of the ground floor of this historic period residence.
