Abalone Private Residence is a cozy place located in the colonial area. We are happy to live in this place. My name is Yoselin. I was born here and studied in the Dominican Republic. Later lived in Europe with my European husband. I have been able to travel to more than 20 countries in Europe, Asia, North and Central America. Together we can communicate in 5 languages. We know about needs and expectations of tourists visiting unknown areas out of own experience. Single guests of all ages are most welcome, will easily find help and not feel alone with us.

Ciudad Nueva was the first sector build outside the walls of Colonial Santo Domingo. Our house is in a safe area just across the street from a spacious monument of the Colonial Zone. It is only a few minutes to the central walking street 'el Conde', several parks as well as the beautiful coastline. Most sights, a wide choice of restaurants and a loundry all in easy walking distance from our location.
