Two private balconies invite you to enjoy the coastal breeze. This fresh condo is part of a resort style community that is fully gated and secured and boasts many luscious green common areas. It even has a private restaurant and bar for guest convinience that is cash only and is open from 7am to 11pm. Guests have access to two large pools, two children’s pools, and a jacuzzi — all open from dawn to dusk — plus one reserved surface parking space.

A devoted professional and natural caretaker, I am able to create spaces and experiences that feel both elevated and effortlessly comfortable — where every guest feels seen, welcomed, and at home. If you are requiring taxi services, including pick up and drop off from airport or around town, we count with a property tech that lends his vehicle services to guests at market rates. We can also pre-stock essentials , possible special requests ie cake and decor for birthdays, and provide excursion and local attraction information at market rates.
