Located in the heart of Guayaquil, this entire suite is conveniently located within walking distance of the Airport just across the street and less than 3 minutes ride by car from the José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport in Guayaquil, the perfect place for an overnight stay while waiting to connect for your next early morning flight to Galápagos or other Provinces/towns. This PRIVATE unit is a family oriented suite perfect for families group trips and adventures, it is the best choice on your next visit to the city, whether for business, pleasure or vacation. We have 2 units available. These fully equipped suites offer high-speed Internet access as well as 32" HD flat smart tv streaming apps such as YouTube and Netflix included as well as hot water for shower and a complementary coffee bar. Located on the second floor of the building, we also offer information for safe private taxi service and will be available to assist you at any time during your stay. We are a multi-cultural family that love traveling around the world. We have lived and visted many different places and cultures reason why we love hosting sharing our passion.
We are located just across the street from the International Airport in Guyaquil, it is in a safe neighborhood behind our property there is UPC (Unidad Policia Comunitaria) Police Station, two of the largest supermarkets, two coffe shops within a walking distance, Terminal Terrestre (bus terminal) within 4 minutes car ride from the property. The Guayaquil Convention Center is a mile away, and corporate offices of national and international businesses can be found in the surrounding area. The city’s classic touristic attractions such as Barrio las Peñas, Malecón 2000, Puerto Santa Ana and Cerro Santa Ana are a short drive away. Mall del Sol, the biggest shopping center of the city is less than ten minutes away, and the new city’s attractions like Plaza Navona, Parque Histórico Guayaquil and Plaza Lagos can be easily accessed form this location.
