Please note that there is no elevator in the house. For added security, the street entrance of the house is locked with a keypad lock which opens with a code that I will provide when you arrive. The neighbourhood is respectable and secure downtown area. The street is a one-way street that has practically no traffic at night. The house is located next-door to one of Tallinn’s best 4* hotels that offers, for example, a delicious breakfast and lunch buffet, and has a Health Club on its top floor (incl a gym, sauna, pool, massage). A public transport stop and taxi stand are within 200 metres from the building. A public children's playground is located in the park next to the building. Within a short walking distance there are several malls, incl Solaris Centre with its food (incl deli) and fashion (incl Estonian design) stores, cinemas, restaurants and Alexela Concert Hall, and Viru Centre that is best known as Tallinn's largest fashion centre. Stockmann department store is only about 200m away. Free parking is in the backyard provided that free spaces are available. Paid parking is available in nearby parking lots.
