Log cottage in the Kassari juniper woods. Fully equipped kitchen (oven and stove top, fridge, dishwasher etc). Property has wood burning sauna, shower, washing machine and water filter. Wood burning fireplace. Terrace with gas grill and picnique area in the middle of junipers and wild strawberries. Quiet peaceful surroundings close to Kassari beach, unique Sääretirp peninsula, finnish estonian writer Aino Kalda house museum, horseback riding, bicycle paths, Orjaku marina and Kassari museum. Store and beach are 5 minutes away by car and 15-20 minutes by walking.
Located in the heart of Kassari island at Hiiumaa, you are close to Kassari beach, horse back riding, walk on famous Sääretirp peninsula or just take one of many paths through juniper fields. Only short car ride away you can find modern Orjaku Yacht Marina, Käina Bird sanctuary and Käina Bay-Kassari Landscape Conservation Area, baroque Suuremõisa castle, medieval Pühalepa Church and town of Käina with medieval church ruins, modern Tuuletorn (Windtower with indoor climbing and other activities).
