Our apartments have been thought through to the last detail to give you the most from your space. Your home has different functions depending on the time of the day. Our apartments are equipped with fold-down beds (mattress 160 cm wide) that you can store vertically against a wall inside a cabinet during the day, and easily fold down during the night – no need to make your bed and fold out your couch every day. Studio apartments (Private and Private Plus) come with a Murphy bed (couch and fold-down queen size bed) and shared apartments (Shared and Shared Plus) with fold-out sofa bed. Each apartment will also include a desk, a chair, shelves, wardrobe, a carpet and curtains. Shared spaces: This is why our house has shared spaces for socialising. Watch that important game, have a chat or a just relax. Oh, and did we mention the rooftop terrace. There is a ground floor lobby and top floor co-working/co-studying area available to use for free. Tenants can also use a dedicated bike storage for free.

I’ll be there in 10: Groceries? 2 minutes. Dinner and drinks in historic Old Town? 10 minutes. Airport? 10 minutes. You get the picture. Everything in Tallinn is really close. Larsen Apartments is very well connected. Ordering Bolt or Uber is very easy. There are buses and trolleys going from early morning to late night in all directions – and it’s free for the residents of Tallinn. And if you like to bike, we have dedicated bike parking free of charge.
