Newly renovated house in the center of idyllic Orissaare village. The house has a beautiful open space, Scandinavian interior design and a huge terrace to enjoy your days and evenings, opening to a private back yard. You will enjoy the privacy of the house and the back yard but within 5-10 minute walk you will have everything you need - a well stocked supermarket, bus stop, local cafes and out-of-this world sunsets and swimming spot on the secluded Illiku island. Downstairs you will find a well-equipped open kitchen and living room, a bathroom and bedroom with double bed. On the second floor there is the master bedroom , a hall with a sofa bed and a balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun. The house is comfortable for friends, couples and families with kids in every age. The house has great insulation and a fireplace, electrical heating in the bedrooms as well as a heat pump so the house can be used for stays year-round.

Orissaare is a beautiful rural village just off the bridge connecting Muhumaa and Saaremaa, 20 minute drive from the marina. It's a perfect base to explore both islands. You get the local charm of a small village but enjoy having a supermarket 5 minutes away, several cafes a gas station and a yacht marina. One of the main attractions is the Illiku Iland, hosting several swimming spots, a yacht marina with seasonal cafe and amazing sunsets views 360 degrees. Orissaare is 20 minutes drive from Kuivastu harbour. If you're coming by bus from Tallinn, the bus stop is just 5-minute walk from the house. There are several busses going to Kuressaare per day. Kuressaare is 52 km away, ca 40 minutes by car, there are also several busses going from Orissaare to Kuressaare per day and vice versa. If you want to explore Saaremaa and Muhumaa, Orissaare is conveniently situated in between but having a car will give you more freedom to explore. We have 2 bikes available for your use to getting around in Orissaare but everything is within walking distance as well
