Property is situated next to Pärnu beach area (approx. 300 m). It has spacious yard, sunny terrace and private parking. Our 3 fully furnished bedrooms (we have recently upgraded our beds to jenkki/continental style beds), smart and simple kitchen solution together with large living room offers a lot of space for up to 2 families or for larger party. You can spend your evening by relaxing in our comfortable IKI sauna or having a barbecue on the terrace.

Quiet seaside residential area is located next to Raeküla beach and Tahukranna (Bay Golf) golf courses. You can reach the heart of Pärnu by cruising along Pärnu beach line on newly constructed light traffic road situated next to the property (Bolt el. scooters available for rental during summertime). Nearby forest trails offer opportunities for sporting (running/jogging, MTB riding) or hiking. Just 15 min. by car is Jõulumäe sporting centre which offers a wide selection of outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, running, biking, disc golf courses. One of the best windsurfing areas of Estonia is just a 5 min. walk from the property. City centre is 10 minutes by taxi. Pärnu has great selection of SPAs all 10 min by car from our property. Guest with children can visit Lottemaa theme park which is only 10 min by car.
