We offer 2 houses for our guests: a fully renovated house of historical value situated at Väike-Ameerika 24 with 10 apartments (Tallinn Apartment Hotel) and a modern house situated at Tehnika 91 with 5 apartments (Tallinn Apartment Hotel Suites). The 2 houses are situated in the same area, just 2 minute walk from each other.

Tallinn Apartment Hotel offers 10 apartments in a fully renovated house of historical value in “New World” subdistrict which is quiet and green area in Tallinn city centre. Small house with 10 apartments offers our guests to feel like home. Old Town is just 15-20 minutes walk away. Our apartments offer more privacy than the hotels (including a delightful backyard to relax), also you will get more space for less value – a great combination. Free parking in the backyard! We offer 10 apartments for rent in one building – all with 1 bedroom. Apartments differ in size and accommodate between 2-6 persons. All apartments have flexible keyless entrance, are covered with free high speed Wi-Fi internet, have air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and flat screen TV in the living room. We have closed backyard with seating area to relax and a playground for the children to enjoy the outdoors. Keyless entrance system allows you to arrive at any time suitable for you.

Neighbourhood information

Tallinn City center, Freedom Square, Old Town and Town Hall Square are just a short walk away. Enjoy the architecture of Kaarli Church and National Library of Estonia on your way to the city center. If you are hungry and want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner then just around the corner is cafe Kohalik that offers good food with nice atmosfare. It is also a great place to sit and talk and have a glass of wine in the evening. During the summer they also have a terrace outside and a barbeque area in the back of the reastaurant. If you feel like shopping or want to make your own dinner then just 300m away is a big Shopping Centre Kristiine, where you can find numerous shops, restaurants and a big supermarket Prisma. “Koidu” park with a nice children’s playground and a basketball court is just 5 minute walk away. For the children we suggest to visit Tallinn Zoo, that is 7-10 min by car. A nice place to walk around with the whole family. You can see elephants, bears, tigers, lions, monkeys, etc. Also there is a children zoo, where children can touch the animals. Tallinn has many nice beaches, the closest one is Stroomi beach, only 8 min by car.
