Our 15-person team works daily behind the scenes to deliver a seamless, stress-free stay for both business and holiday travellers. We believe a great stay begins with a clean and inviting space. Hence we have a team of qualified cleaners who are led by a Quality and Human Resource Manager with more than 15 years of experience in the field. Communication underpins everything we do, ensuring guests are supported throughout their stay - through both great experiences and unexpected issues. Guest support is available to assist you during your stay daily from 10:00 - 22:00. Our in-person Old Town office is open every day from 10:00 - 18:00, where you can also store luggage and get help planning your Tallinn trip.
