This unique home has a private garden with a direct stunning sea view. Brand new furniture Nov 2023 cozy and supper clean Appartement Mangroovy Resort features: - 1- The only resort in El Gouna with direct overlooks to the sea with a private sandy beach 2- Adjacent to both Abu Tig Marina & the new Fanadeer marina boat berthing 3- Swimming pools for children and adults 4- All amenities and restaurants on the beach.
