The apartment is in el rehab city. All furniture and equipment new ( matrix/sheets/pillows) are new. The apartment is in the center of the food court/ market/ Mall 1 & 2. Clean. At the same time in a very quiet place Staring rent on September / 2018. 5 minutes walking from the foot court which includes lots of cafes (Hardees/ pizza Hut/ cilantro/ oriental cafes and restaurants / lebanese restaurant) the market which is full of groceries/ bakaries/ pharmacies/laundries/ hairdressers / cafe/ car maintenance) also very near to the malls also banks.
Couples should have marriage certificate
