Guests are required to send a copy of photo identification after booking and to transfer an amount of 2000 Egyptian Pounds to obtain the necessary document to stay (deducted from the total price).

Please note that all couples must present a marriage certificate upon check-in.

The property accepts Reservations for not more than 7 nigths per each Reservation.

Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorisation.

For non Egyptian guests a Security investigation must be executed at El Alamein Police officer before check in

The minimum age to stay is 21 years.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of US$40 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
