For Egyptian guests, please note that it is mandatory to present a copy of national ID, marriage certificates and children birth certificates to the reception upon arrival in order to complete check in. The restaurant's dress code is smart casual where athletic, sports uniforms, beach sandals and slippers are not allowed.
1 child up to 6 years old can can share the existing bed in the 1 bedroom apartment at no additional charge while a child from 6-12 years old are charged 50% of the adult room rate.
2 children up to 6 years old can share the existing beds in the 2 bedroom apartment at no additional charge while a child from 6-12 years old are charged 50% of the adult room rate.
4 children up to 6 years old can share the existing beds in the 3 bedroom villa at no additional charge while a child from 6-12 years old are charged 50% of the adult room rate.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge the guest the full amount for the stay.

Check-In Requirements:
• Children: All guests must present a birth certificate for children upon check-in.
• Egyptian and Resident Rate: The ‘Soft All-inclusive - Egyptian and Residents Only’ rate is available exclusively for Egyptians and residents and includes only soft drinks (no alcoholic beverages). Valid Egyptian ID, passport, or residency must be shown at check-in; otherwise, additional charges will apply.
• Couples: A marriage certificate is required for couples at check-in.
• Honeymoon Offer: Couples booking the Honeymoon Offer must present a marriage certificate dated within the last three months.
• Group Bookings: Bookings of 8 rooms or more may be subject to different policies and additional supplements.
