Luxurious Mallorcan house with stunning views. Capacity for 6 people. The house has a living area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 outside bathroom. All rooms have double beds, the bathrooms are equipped with rain showers. There is a cozy sofa/bed to sleep on in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen next to the large and bright lounge has a satellite TV, DVD/CD player and Wi-Fi. From the sofa you can see the beautiful views of the Alcudia bay! The outdoor area will impress you, comfortable outdoor furniture, 9x3 meters swimming pool, sun beds and one of its most special charms, inside the tower there is the barbecue and going up you will see spectacular views of the north of Mallorca. Immerse yourself in the typical Mallorcan everyday life in this beautiful villa! IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption. (0,30 Eur/kW) - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
