Beautiful duplex villa located on the beachfront. Located practically on the wonderful beach of Agua Amarga. From it, you can see the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
Due to its location it is ideal both to go down to the beach, visit the beautiful town of Agua Amarga and to be able to travel to the coves of Cabo de Gata, San José, Níjar, Las Negras or Almería capital.
The villa has magnificent facilities. It has two large terraces, one at the front with wonderful views of the beach and the sea and the other at the back with a large garden, living-dining room, living room, kitchen with pantry, three double bedrooms (two of them with sea views) and three bathrooms.
This residence is ideal for people traveling with children or for a group of friends who want to share a few days of sun and beach, as well as to enjoy the local cuisine or the fantastic nearby coves.
